Join naturalist and birder Chip Francke for this two-part workshop. The 1st indoor session, on Thursday, April 28 at 7:00 pm at the Hart Community Center, will focus on birding basics including equipment, how and where to find birds, and identification skills. 

The 2nd session is an all-day outdoor field trip on Saturday, April 30 from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm at various Oceana County locations to find and identify a variety of bird species. There is no fee, however, advanced registration is required and participants must attend both sessions. Binoculars provided.
