Join Stewardship Coordinator Emma Waatti and MSU Extension water resources educator and limnologist Erick Elgin to learn about Pentwater Lake’s important ecological role. This event will be a group paddle on Pentwater Lake to explore and learn about the diversity of aquatic plants that support this special ecosystem. We will be highlighting the important work happening to manage aquatic invasive species and preserve this unique area. There to answer questions, give you aquatic plant ID tips, and share their knowledge!

Participants are responsible for providing their own kayak or canoe and personal flotation devices (PDF) - PDFs will be required.
